Since the company was established in 1992, Marco Galvanizing Co., Ltd. has continued to deliver outstanding results as a hot-dip galvanizing factory in the city of Bando in Ibaraki Prefecture. We have been truly blessed by the support of the people in our region and our loyal customers.

On hectic construction sites where we were constantly pressured to complete work on tight deadlines, it is sometimes inevitable that work delays occur.

The final process in this construction is the galvanizing process. Normally, it would take about 3 to 4 days from the moment a product is ordered until it is ready to be delivered, but at Marco Galvanizing Co., Ltd., we achieve a speedy delivery thanks to our 24-hour operation.

In addition, by introducing an iPad tablet for production management use in various departments within the factory, we have succeeded in increasing work efficiency by making our operation progress “viewable” in real-time. By thinking outside the box, we have received the support from our loyal customers, who can expect nothing but the highest quality of work from us during times of need and when time is of the essence.

We have also attempted to take on new challenges, and in 2015 we obtained the JIS certification and have actively participated in public enterprises, while improving our working environment with on-site automation and aggressively expanding our business overseas.

Since the end of the bubble period, the domestic industrial market has indeed gotten smaller. However, we believe that the decreasing market and how much we can develop and improve ourselves is a totally different problem.

Looking 30 years ahead into the state of our industry, we believe that the next 5 to 10 years will be an extremely important time to expand our business scale and create a stable work structure.
